How we use your information
Last updated: 12 October 2026
In short
- We keep what you tell us so we can ask you questions and write your answers.
- To write them, we send your conversation and health details to Claude, an AI tool made by Anthropic in the USA.
- We never send anything to the DWP. You copy the answers into your form yourself.
- We only look at your information if you ask us for help or to fix a problem.
- You can delete everything at any time, from inside the tool.
Who runs this tool?
To be confirmed
The name of the organisation that runs this tool, and an email address for questions about your information.
What do we keep?
- your email address and password (the password is stored scrambled, so no one can read it)
- your health details: conditions, medication, treatments and health professionals
- your Yes or No for each of the 12 activities, and the description you chose
- your conversations with the tool
- the answers we wrote, and any changes you made to them
You choose what to tell us. If you tell us less, your answers may be weaker.
What happens to what you type?
- You answer questions.
- What you type is saved in our database, run by Supabase in Switzerland.
- After each answer, your conversation about that activity goes to Claude, which picks the next question.
- When you've finished, your conversations and health details go to Claude to write your answers and check them.
- The answers are saved, and you can change them. If you ask us to write an answer again, your changes go to Claude too.
- You copy them into your form. We never send anything to the DWP.
What you type is encrypted when it's sent, and when it's stored in our database.
Who can see it?
- You.
- The people who run this tool can see it, but only look if you ask us for help or to fix a problem.
- The companies that help us run the tool, listed below. They handle it only to run the tool.
- No one else.
Why are we allowed to use it?
The law gives health details extra protection. We only use yours because you agreed to it before you started. This is called explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)).

- We don't track you or use analytics.
- We don't keep anything in your web browser, apart from what keeps you signed in.
